This page provides help for users that are already subscribed using the Subs system.

Changing your password

  1. Go to the Change Password page. You will be required to enter your username and current password if this is the first time you have entered this page recently.
  2. Enter your new password in the first "New Password" field.
  3. Enter exactly the same password in the second "New Password" field. This is required to ensure that you did not mistype your new password.
  4. Press "Commit".
Hint Your new password will take immediate effect. You will have to enter your new password the next time you wish to access a protected file on this server.

Hint If your account has already expired, or if you cant rememeber your current password you will not be able to access the Change Password page.

Checking your account details

  1. Go to the Account Details page. You will be required to enter your username and password if this is the first time you have entered this page recently.
  2. You will see your user name and the date of your subscription expiry.
  3. Press "Commit".
