EAP_UseState, currently set to off by default, enables or disables the use of State attribute with EAP for the whole server.
If you are using <AuthBy EAPBALANCE>, consider changing it to other AuthBy, such as <AuthBy HASHALANCE>, to avoid adding second State in the proxied requests. Using other load balancers can cause problems with State when setting up load balancer rules. Radiator does not change the value of State during an EAP message exchange.
